• Lima Metropolitan Area: 2 to 5 business days
• Other regions in Peru: 5 to 7 business days

6. Can I exchange a garment if it doesn't fit?
Yes. We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.

8. Can I place a custom order?
Yes. If you need a size beyond those offered in our online store, we can produce it on demand for an additional cost.
The estimated production time is 15 to 20 days, plus the additional time required for shipping. To request a custom order, please contact us directly.
