Exchanges
When can I request an exchange?
• Manufacturing defects: If your item has any manufacturing defect (such as broken seams, stains, or fabric imperfections), you may request an exchange at no additional cost.
• Wrong selection: If you selected the wrong size, color, or model, you may also request an exchange. In these cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Requirements to request an exchange:
• Request the exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and in its original packaging.
• Send an email to: sales@emiandknitwear.com, including the following information: full name, order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for the exchange.
• Processing time: up to 6 business days after receiving and validating the product.

Due to the special nature of our garments and our commitment to minimizing environmental impact, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
